HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY SIGN TO ARRIVE?

All orders will take between 2-3 weeks from design approval to when it reaches your door!

We are one of fasted LED neon sign companies, our big production team allows us to achieve this without comprising the quality of your sign.

 Please note that Customs clearance may increase the delivery time for some countries. The above shipping time is a guide and not a guarantee usually all orders are delivered within 3 weeks of the order.

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

 Absolutely free, we will ship it straight to your door! 

 

CAN YOU SHIP FASTER?

Express post is the fasted option, however we understand that you might need your sign for a special event and may need it sooner. If this is the case please let us know via email and we will try our best to push it in the production cue if we can, so that we can get it to you as quickly as possible.

 

I HAVE AN IDEA FOR A DESIGN, CAN YOU DRAW SOMETHING UP FOR ME?

 Of course! Just fill in the custom design form, upload any photos or fonts or anything that’s relevant to your design and our team of wonderful designers will draw something up for you.

 

CAN YOU CREATE LOGOS OR PICTURES WITH NEON LED?

 Yes! We have some really talented designers who can help you with that. Just fill in the custom design form and upload your pictures and we will get our designers to draw something up for you.

 

WHAT SIZE WILL MY NEON BE USING THE SIGN BUILDER ON THE WEBSITE?

Our custom sign builder is built with AI it gives the most accurate measurements possible within a few cm. If you need to know the exact measurements of your sign then please click that you would like to see a design proof before production starts.

 

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER I HAVE ALREADY PLACED?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we don’t offer any refunds. We strive to process orders as quickly as we can so that we can get them out to you so often it is to late to stop production. If you have realised that you have made a spelling error on your order, try and contact us within 24hours and we can do our best to make an amendment if we can. CAN I MAKE ANY ALTERATIONS TO MY ORDER?

If you have built your sign using our sign builder there is a button they enables you to request a design proof. You have 24hours from when the design proof is sent to make any small changes to your sign (if any design changes need to be made that increase the amount of LED used an additional charge will be added). After 24 hours unfortunately you will not be able to make any changes. 

If you have custom designed your sign with us via email and you have both approved your design and paid unfortunately it may be too late to make amendments but please contact us as soon as possible as we will try our very best to make the changes if we can.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we ship globally around the world!

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE COURIER ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER MY SIGN AND I AM NOT HOME?

You will receive a tracking number for your order, so you should know when your order should arrive. If you are not home when your sign is being delivered they may attempt to deliver for a second time or alternatively it will arrive at the nearest courier collection point. If a customer order(s) have had failed attempts at being delivered to the customer and the customer has not collected their order from the collection point then the sign may be sent back to us. If this is the case the customer will have to pay for shipping to have their order(s) sent back in order to be delivered again.

 

HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS TAX?

In some cases you may be liable for customs and taxes for your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customers responsibility.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. Our main couriers are FED EX and TNT, all orders will need to be signed for on delivery. 

 

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET, WHAT DO I DO?

 Send an email to jade@noodleneons.com.au and we will look straight into it for you. 

WHY HAVE I ONLY RECEIVED ONE PART OF MY ORDER?

Occasionally when multiple orders are made at the same time, some shipments will be released through customs at different times. Therefore, some packages will be delivered at separate times, unfortunately this is not something we can control. It doesn’t happen often but can happen on some occasions.

 

THERE’S A FAULT WITH MY SIGN!

 Oh no, this is very unusual but if it does turn out that something is wrong please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your sign email us at (email address). Our customer service team will then evaluate each issue on a case-by-case basis and mediate the situation as quickly as possible to ensure that you are left satisfied with your purchase

 

WARRANTY

 We offer a 2 year warranty on all of our LED neon products, this is more than the industry standard. We use the highest grade of LED flex that can last for at least 10 years indoors.        

 

HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS

All custom signs are handcrafted by hand, therefore it is difficult to guarantee that your sign will exactly match the design proof we send. We’ll do our best to make sure your sign looks as close to the design as possible but please allow for slight discrepancies.

 

SAFETY AND INSTALLATION

Noodle Neons are safe, low voltage and easy to install. We advise that when hanging your sign you have two people as the sign can be fairly heavy if it is a larger piece.

 

All our LED neon signs are low voltage and are easily assembled so that you can plug your neon in straight away and enjoy your sign. In the event that you wish to hardwire your sign or make any amendments to the sign/wires/accessories that come with the sign you will ultimately void the warranty. In the event that you would like to hardwire your sign, we advise that you contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt this yourself as it could potentially cause harm, any faults are the customers own risk.
